A note somewhere you know they'll go and find?

You take your courage, and you tell it to their face. If you can't, call her on the phone or email her. ...Assuming its a her. But it could be a he. -shrug- There are consequences to asking your friends to apoligize to you can be pretty bad.

well....being the coward that i am i usually just dont talk to them a while. And then i gradually start being back in there lives. Only if they talk back to me though. Taking little steps back to friendship is the way that i go.

Sometimes that doesn't work for me. Usually its because I have difficulty trusting them again.
Living example: Shehan.
I'm confessing.

yay! our first confession of the ... um ... site. ^^ i DUNNO.......(cap lock sry) its just that i feel i cant deal with the issue at points, afraid that i might spark my anger up again if i do see them. It's complicated that word : sorry
It sounds simple. Yet... it takes all to say it to someone

well... i don't think that you should hide your feelings because that can make a relationship weaker. With breaks and forgivenesses.. is that a word?... a tie or friendship gets stronger, tighter.
